Ooh, I have that virus too; it helps that I love what I do, but I'm starting to go through Apo and dA withdrawals.

So funny! My dog begs ice, but is easily distracted. It's such fun to see her go back to retrieve her ice, and look, and look as her forehead wrinkles in dismay.

I never worry about taking the dog's spot on the couch, if it's still warm from one of them it just makes it cozy.

My daughter came home with a nice new shiny red ball for the dogs ..... that they love & I generally hide under the footstool. Why ? Because when you drop it it makes a chirping sound, then it whistles, then it beeps, LOUD, &THEN lights flash on & off. But you have to drop it, not roll it.

So we have the second smartest breed of dog in the world , a Standard Poodle, & we have a Chow mix, loyal, protective, loving, lazy but not too swift.

Hazy takes that damn ball to the top of the stairs & drops it so it bounces down the steps & hits the hardwood floor at the bottom & goes off. Then she trots down to get it & do it all over again. Storm, the poodle watches all of this from the bottom of the steps & waits. The ball bounces down, she goes apeshit & barks madly, Hazy comes down, steals the ball & it all starts all over again.

Yes, a normal quiet day.

24. I will not wake my dog when I come home from work. - This one makes no sense as I have never seen a dog who isn't wide awake and thrilled to death that you're home from work.
